Desperate Housewives (2008)

Susan is the host of the surprise birthday party for Mrs McCluskey. She is in front of her mirror getting ready when Jackson arrives complaining that he’s late because he’s at Susan’s house so much that he doesn’t find his clothes anymore when he’s at his own apartment. Susan offers him some space in her closet but Jackson tells her he wants to move in. Susan goes back with her memory and remembers how her relationship with Jackson begun. She was having a rough time after her divorce and Jackson was sweet with her. Susan clearly said to Jackson that all she was looking for was a sexual relationship and he agreed. So now when she asks her to move in, she tells him no. Jacksone tells Susan he loves her but she chooses not to reply.

Later, during the party, Jackson tells Susan again that he loves her and asks her if she’s sure she wouldn’t mind if he kissed another girl. She said she wouldn’t so Jackson goes to Katherine, turns her around and kisses her in front of a stunned Susan.

When Mrs McCluskey arrives, she’s upset because of what Dave, Edie’s husband did to her house to provoke her, so she swings a bat at him but hits her own cake. Jackson and Bob seize her while she rants about what Dave did to her. Unfortunately no one believes her and 911 gets called. While Mrs McCluskey is taken away with an ambulance, Jackson is in Susan’s garden and asks her again if their relationship has a future. Susan tells him she wants to keep going as they were but Jackson doesn’t want that anymore so he leaves her.
